Your entire order will be shipped as soon as all items are available, because shipping only one package has less impact on our environment.

Please check our website to see when each item is available. If any of the products are still on pre-order, the order cannot be shipped.

The label "Pre-Order" indicates that you have ordered an item that is currently on pre-order. The estimated delivery date of a pre-order item can also be found on the page of the respective product.

Please note that in a few exceptional cases there may be delays in receiving the goods. We do our best to avoid this, but if this is the case, you will also find the new delivery date on the product page.
